CourtFusion (“CourtFusion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a mobile platform designed to support youth sports teams, parents, and related participants. Protecting user privacy—particularly where minors are involved—is a priority. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and protected.

CourtFusion enables team participation, communication, and recruiting exposure through searchable and discoverable features.
Unless a parent or legal guardian affirmatively opts out, certain information — including a player’s name, team affiliation, position, statistics, photos, videos, and related content — may be searchable or viewable by other authorized users, including parents, coaches, teams, and recruiters.
Failure to opt out constitutes express consent to such visibility. CourtFusion does not control how third parties use information once accessed.

CourtFusion complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Parents or legal guardians must provide verifiable consent before a minor may use the App. Parents are solely responsible for:

CourtFusion does not vet or verify any user, coach, recruiter, or organization.
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Backup copies may persist for a limited period.

By accessing or using CourtFusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Parents or legal guardians agree on behalf of any minor they permit to use the App.
Participation in youth sports and related digital platforms involves inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional distress, third-party conduct, and data exposure.
You voluntarily assume all risks, known or unknown, arising from use of CourtFusion.
CourtFusion is not responsible for injuries, disputes, misconduct, or outcomes related to App use.
CourtFusion does not vet, background check, or verify coaches, recruiters, teams, or users.
All interactions occur at your own risk.
Users are solely responsible for content they upload and interactions they engage in. CourtFusion does not endorse or monitor user conduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtFusion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Your sole remedy is discontinuing use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtFusion from claims arising from:

All designs, trademarks, features, and branding are the exclusive property of CourtFusion.
Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or misuse is prohibited.
Harassment, exploitation, impersonation, and abusive conduct are prohibited. Violations may result in termination.
